Pick Up & Delivery

How does pick up work?

Once an order is placed and the 'pick up' option is selected, your mirror will be picked and prepared by one of our staff.

Due to our large range, this typically involves getting the stock sent over to our Abbotsford store from one of our many suppliers Melbourne warehouse's. Depending on which day your order is placed, and which product you have selected, this process takes between 1-5 business days*.

Once your order is ready for collection, you will be notified via SMS / Email.

You are welcome to pick up your item(s) anytime within our trading hours.

* Excludes custom-made items, and larger items requiring additional packaging.

 

How does delivery work?

Once an order is placed, your mirror will be picked and prepared by one of our staff.

Due to our large range, this typically involves getting the stock sent over to our Abbotsford store from one of our many suppliers Melbourne warehouse's. Depending on which day your order is placed, and which product you have selected, this process takes between 1-5 business days*.

Once the mirror(s) has arrived at our showroom, we will ensure a suitable courier is booked to safely deliver your order. Below you will see some indicative lead* times once your courier has picked up your order:

 

For Melbourne Metro Delivery 2 - 5 business days.

For Sydney Metro Delivery 10 - 13 business days.

For Adelaide Metro Delivery 10 - 13 business days.

For Canberra Metro Delivery 10 - 13 business days.

For Perth Metro Delivery 13 - 15 business days.

For all other areas* 15 - 20 business days.

 

Due to the fragile nature of the products we are shipping, in some cases we may require some extra time to provide your mirror with additional packaging. In such cases, you will be informed of any delays by a staff member.

 

Once your order has been prepared, and booked for delivery, you will be provided with one of the following notifications:

1) SMS / Telephone call from Mirror Mirror (Melbourne Metro customers only).

2) Tracking Information.

 

In order to provide the fastest and most affordable delivery service to our customers, we use a wide range of delivery partners. It is important to note that our delivery partners will not:

- bring items up stairs;

- take items up in elevators;

- move furniture;

- unpack or remove rubbish;

- install.
